Default Molex Connector

I was installing my new handlebars and cruise control on my RK today, when I messed up one of the male pin connectors for the handlebar controls. Service Manual says it is a Molex connector. Dealer says it will take 7-10 days to order and get them. Does anyone know of any other place that would have them? I tried Auto stores with no luck. Really want to finish putting the handlebars and cruise control on. Thanks,

You may find it at Radio Shack or another electronics store... just need to match the number of pins... male/female and the setup of the keys

Look at http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...&cPath=272. Look in DIY/Molex pins four for $.69, then look at DIY/Tools/Extractors, Crimpers & Cutters for the equipment to install them.

Thanks for the ideas, Radio Shack has Molex, but not the specific one. The websites are good, but without a number or pic it was tough. I went to the dealer to order and as I was ordering a guy came out from service and said they have them in stock. We went through the different ones, til we found the right one. For future reference and those searching it is Harley part number 72169-07. Of course, best idea is not to mess em up like I did! Thanks for the help, this is why this forum is great.

Glad it worked out for you. Instead of looking at different ones at the dealership, the parts guy should have the parts book for your bike. If you go to the wiring harnesses shown in the parts book justfind the correct harness, and the pics and PN pages will identify the correct part you need.
