HD Race Tuner vs Race Fueler
I have seen a lot of talk here on the SERT, but not a lot on the HD Race Fueler. I have an '05 Ultra Classic, Stage 1 air and SE Pro Performance mufflers. I have a friend who has an '04 Ultra that put a Race Fueler on, with Stage 1 air and V&H slips-ons, and then had it Dynoed. His runs very well. Is there an advantage to the SERT over the Fueler? Can the SERT make the bike run better than the Fueler. There is about $200.00 difference in the two. Is the SERT worth the extra $200.00? Okay I'll shut up and let ya'll answer. Thanks for any help you can give on this subject.

RE: HD Race Tuner vs Race Fueler
I believe you will get better overall performance from the SERT over the Fueler, the SERT is a real-time tuneer done on a dyno for that bike and is tuned for optimum air/fuel mix through out the rpm range. If the dyno "tuner" or tech knows his stuff, its makes a big differance. My dyno "geek" at my local dealer got 73.6 lbs of torque out of my 05 EG with pipes and a stage 1 air cleaner, no other mods. I'm picking up the Ultra tomorrow from the dealer for some little things that needed to be done before I took delivery. It has a 95c.u. stage II kit with the SE heads, and SE slip-ons. We'll see what the dyno says, since it had the download and now is being SERT'd.
