Default Any special financing rates coming up???

Saw a post in another (unrelated) thread from someone about a special rate for touring bikes. They didn't clarify what it was when I asked. The 1.05% ends today so I imagine there will be something taking it's place. Anyone have any inside info on what it may be if anything???

The 1.05 was for the 105th models only. Not sure what is coming next.

The best rate Harley credit offers at least for 60 months is 5.99%. I got pre approved the other day. I checked out my credit union but they offered 6.5% but were willing to match Harley. It would be nice if they went lower before I picked up my bike next month!

If you have a credit union and have a decent savings account balance, you can get a "share secured loan" at 3%. In essense, they lock the amount IN your account, so you are still dreawing interest on it amd actually paying around 1.75% on the loan (assuming an APR rate of 1.25% on savings). Best thing is...you have the title and full equity!

Our credit union beat HD by over 3 1/2 points. HD wanted 9.75. We got 6.2 for 84 months. Having an A+ credit is soooo nice. We finance long and double-up on payments. But we still have a low payment in case something major happens. And gap only costs us $200 unlike the $695 through HD.

Funny when we went to the F&I department to get a buyers order to take to the credit union they tried to sell us on 7.75%. I knew they were just trying to make money of of us on the points.
