Default Ness big sucker

I can't seem to find a stage 1 Arlen Ness big sucker air kit anywhere. I've looked online from 2 suppliers and the product is not available for the 06's. Don't they have them out yet? Please help if you got any info. Thanks!!!

As far as I know, they don't have them for '06's with EFI yet.

I ordered the big sucker for my 06 SG in NOV.It did not fit so I sent it back the person on the phone said it should fit .He was wrong.I waited too for them to make one that would fit so I had to finely break dow and by the SE. It is wierd because the SE backing plate is the same for the 06 and 05 .They just had to change something to mess with the aftermarket companies. Good luck.

I was also looking into the Ness Big Sucker, but since they didn't have one to fit the '06 yet, I went with the K&N RK-3909. I haven't had a chance to rip on the bike yet, but from what I've been hearing, it's the "bomb". This link will take you directly to the page you need. Good luck and ride safe!

I looked into that kit and decided not to buy it cause it looks pretty close to the size height of the stock air filter in receiving air, unlike the Big Sucker air filter and SE filters.

I ordered a Big Sucker for my SG from Dennis Kirk the day I brought it home.

Probably the expensive way to do it but...

Mounted fine,works fine.

I used the HD chrome backing plate. Part #29510-05

Dennis Kirk Part# H30647
Stage I Big Sucker Performance Air Filter

Dennis Kirk Part# H49761
8 in. Smooth Air Cleaner Cover

You can order just the #h30647 if you plan to continue using the football cover.

How about an OverFlow filter if you want some real flow using o.e. football cover, it flows 800 cfm. I got one on my bike and am happy with it. Dyno guy swears that he got 5 more horse on his bike. I will find out when I re-dyno my bike. It fitts under stock air cleaner cover or you can use one of theirs.

I checked around in late December and Ness didn't have one. I was told that you could use a die grinder on the old Ness and make it work....but I decided on the K&N rk3909...cause the screaming eagle came with a paper filter....and the K&N was $10.00 cheaper....I paid $129.00 and it fit very well.
