Most of the stuff that I've seenout there is $100 plus. I'm going to make my own inserts.
I'm toying with a couple of ideas, right now I'm leaning towards gettingsome plastic reflectorsand cutting them to size.

 

I have black aluminum ones from ebay with the groves in them. I think I paid $75 for them. Click on the link in my sig to see them better.

While at the last ABATE swap in Atlanta I saw a FLHP with "VILLIAN" stickers in place of the "POLICE" stickers.

I have been on a hunt for those ever since.

If I remember later (pics on laptop and I'm on desktop PC) I will post a picture I took.

 

On mine i got the harley nostalgic to match my tank, it fits perfect.

 

Ebay has a varied supply. Lookfor "harley police" under the motorcycle parts category.
The fixer

 

I got a set from a guy on EBAY that was billet aluminum for 55.00 and they fit great. His name was stephen Henley from N.C. I for got how I even found him but you might do a search on ebay and find him. He gave a choice of engaving of Road King or Harley Davidson on them.

 

I went to a local machine shop and brought them a pattern. They plasma cut some stainless Steel Brush polished it and it only cost $20.00. I keep them in place with double stick tape used for holding emblems on cars and stuff.
