Default Kuryakyn Cruise Arm mark IV, Ergo-Guard, you like em?

First off I have read all the post about no crash bar.

I want some long ride comfort but I want my Street Glide to stay slim/sleek looking so I really don't like the look of having highway pegs bolted on the engine guard. So I was either looking into taking the bar off and mounting up some Cruise Arm Mark IV's or putting on their Ergo-Guard with the flip out pegs. Anyone have any of these options and what do you think of em? Any other thoughts or concerns?

I have the ergos and like them. The only thing is I can barely reach the fold outs with a 31" inseam.
If you are shorter than that I would see if you can find some installed on another bike to sit on and check for fit.

I have a Fatboy though and you bike/seat might be a totally different story. Just something to think about.

Ya I was wondering about that too. I am 5' 11' with a 32 inseam.

IVE got the cruise marks and could not be happier they are awsome you can adjust them so there just right, wherethe guards are only in one place. i'vegot mine so my heal rest on the board and my toes out on the cruis mark peg. IMHO 10 times more comfortable than a crash bar w/pegsplus you can get a streamline look no bulky bars sticking out . check my gallery maybe a good pic maybe not i dont remember

Do the cruise arms act as an engine guard? I've always thought the stock engine guard was a bit of an eyesore, but didn't want to remove it in case the bike tipped over. This might be the ticket to a more streamlined look!
