Default Oil filter wrenches

Does anybody know what the difference is in the Motor Company's two different Oil Filter Wrenches: pn. HD-42311 and pn. HD-44062 ??? (I am not interested in a "band type" like pn. 94686-00.) My dealer does not have any of these, nor do they know what the difference is between them.

DONT KNOW ABOUT THE FILTER WRENCHES. I USE A K&N HI PERF. FILTER FROM J&P CYCLES. ITS ALL CHROME, AND HAS A NUT EMBOSSED IN THE END OF FILTER. USING A SOCKET WRENCH FROM THE SIDE IS A HELL OF ALOT EASIER THAN TRYING TO GET A FILTER WRENCH IN THERE WITHOUT WORRYING A BOUT DAMAGING THE CAM SENSOR!
