Default Turn Signal to Runnight Light MOD

Looking to make my stock turn signals into a set of running lights. The wiring is straight forward but I am wanting to put a high intensity LED light and a set of clear or maybe smoked lenses... yes I know the smoked with diminish the light but it'll look cool as crap.

Anyone have any thoughts on bulbs and lense replacements ?

Thanks

If you go to LEDs youll have to get a load equalizer (its small and fits under the seat). Biktronics has one that is a combo that turns you turn signals into running lights AND brake lights, AND equalizer!

Thanks Steve... I just need only a set for the front running lights.
Bike is undergoing a transformation and it has a custom LED tail light in the rear fender and bags..

I haven't tried these but was wondering about them and could possibly be what you are looking for? I actually chickened out and bought the chrome coated 1157 bulbs with smoked lenses..

www.customdynamics.com is a sponsor? Or I got their website from here some time ago or something? Anyway, after par rousing their page on LED lights, I was going to buy my lights from them. They even have one that has the red tail light and an amber ring around it for turn signal...

I am in the same quandry... I, however, want those rear turn signals BRIGHT!!!!! and BRAKE LIGHTS BRIGHT!!!!! Especially since I put smoke covered lenses on them.... Looks cool, but I have caught myself pumping the brake lever to get some fool's attention.
