T-max can be good if you get the correct base map...if not the auto-tune won't work correctly. If you have a good dyno tuner then a SERT or PCIII will work just fine.

I have known my local Harley service manager for years before he worked there and put a lot of faith in what he tells me.I had an idea of Rineharts and a freer breathing air filter system. My friend told me that the Race Tuner from them is the best setup to go with and let his tech spend some dyno time with my bike after the install. They put on my TD's,Race Tuner, dyno tuned it for less than 600.00 bucks. The bike sounds awsome and is a lot crisper on the throttle.9+ hp and 9+ ft lbs of torque increase on the dyno sheet and I can definatly feel the difference. He says they will warranty whatever happens to it and I sure they will too if something does. They recommend the Race Tuner over anything else and so far I am very pleased with it.08 EGS

I have the PCIII and Jackpot pipes from FuelMoto. Had it Dyno'd yesterday and after tweaking the map for my bike It is at 77 hp and 91 TQ. The tuner said I should get the same or better than stock MPG since he tweaked if for economy in the cruise range. It was running great with Jamie's map, but was a little rich so I had it dialed in and picked up 6 hp and 10 tq with the Dyno tune. Now it is a real kick.

I put a Thundermax on my Deuce and will do the same thing on my '08 RG when they develop one for the TBW. I put it on, placed a map, and rode it. Never thought about it again. I am anxious for them to get one for the RG so I can change pipes and stuff. Ken

Read through the inputs rather fast so if I am saying the same my apologies. Majority of the MODs I've done on my bika I've fabricated even the mufflers are my design, since this pipes have not been test for back pressure and restriction I elected to go with the Thunder Max with Auto tuning. With the initial map installed it learns there after about your bike perfomance. I installed mine yesterday I had one set back, it would not read my Idle setting that's because I had fuel Moto map it for standard true dual for aftermarket pipes. Well my pipes are not after market and there's no setting out there for them. All I did was call fuel moto and talked with Jamie he had me clear the IAC and tell it to learn. The hardess part was clicking the mouse to perform this change. After it cleared it the bike idle ever so smooth.

talk about quick start and throttle reponse. The other reason I went with thunder Max is I am in the process of developing my own 2 to 1 exhaust and compare performance between true dual and the 2 to 1. I think the 2 to 1 will yeild the best result since I plan on making sure pipes are 100% the same lenght.
