RE: The new Pro Tuner (SERT)
Bob,I am sorryI should have also said that I plan on doing a 103 build after I get the bike and break it in. Would I be better off going ahead and getting the Super Tuner when I get the bike with the engine buikd in mind? Would hate to buy one and then have to buy the other down the road.
Thanks, Rob

RE: The new Pro Tuner (SERT)
If you are getting it worked into the deal (Motor Build), I'd first ask about the person doing the build... Is that person also going to tune it??? What tool or unit do they use to get max performance and durability out of their tune???
Before that motor is even started up with the 103, you need to decide if you are going "Outside the box" or using a Crate Kit for your build....
IF you are doing the SE 103 Stage II Legal, full kit, I'd tell you to get the ECM download....
Should the build be different than the conventional SE 103 (Different cams, AC, exhaust, etc...), then you really need to look at the SERT/ST if you will be doing the tuning or have someone else who is trained to do it....
SERT is very simple, ST is not that much different, just a new set of icons and updateable map files....
