Default King Tour Pack on Road King

I am looking at putting a King Tour pack on my 08 FLHR. Does anyone have some pictures of their bike with that on theirs? How do those of you that have it, like it?

It's great! I don't leave home without it. I have the detachable kit on it, but I tend to leave the tour pack on all the time now.

My pick is kinda small that shows the tour pack, but I love it and the GF loves the backrest! And when she is happy........

Be careful about buying one. Your better half will not want to ride without it on!
Great on trips, convenient storageand easy on easy off make it a good addition.

I do have to admit it was one of the better buys!

So I'm looking into buying one of these too. What else do I need to order along with the tour pack. I would like it to be detachable. Also, having never wrenched a Harley before, is installing the hardware, etc pretty straightforward or are there any surprises to watch for?

He is right about the wife.

I added one to my RoadKing 1997 - it was great - the best add on for the money. Make sure you get the quick disconnect so you can take it off and on.....

Mine is a FLHRI Road King. With detachable kit and King Tour pac.

And I love it. Even if the wife stopped riding with me, I'd keep it on.

It has a detachable mount but never take off anyway.
