I wanna change the handlebars on my 08flhx that has the electronic throttle. My question is can i run the wires for everything in the bars with the throttle setup they have now. I was looking at going with the wild 1 bars but heard that because the throttle setup runs in the bars you cant run the wires in the bars too.

 

If ya click HERE you'll see that you need pn#32310-08 for the sensor as opposed to the stock one. A bunch of us have done a bar swap.

 

I had mine changed and the dealer ran everything inside the bars but the left heated grip wire. Why that would not go inside i didn't ask, maybe I should have asked why

dawg what bars did you use i heard that you had to use 08 specific bars because of the sensor and how do you like the bars compared to stock
