In my opinion that makes the bike sort of like a low-rider.
It looks cool for cruisin', but if my understanding is correct each wheel size up from 16" drops the gross loaded weight the vehicle can safely carry. If that holds true then you probably won't want to take a 23" wheel on a ultra-long 2-up expedition.
And I suspect if you hit a chuckhole at 50 mph with that wheel you'll likely be buying a new rim.
But what the hell do I know?
If all you want to do is ride up and down mainstreet that thing looks pretty fly...

I'm with PhilM, can't seem to get past the avitar to care about the bike. She has a set of Apes on her and they look a lot bigger than 23".
