Feel free to shoot me a msg too. I'll be glad to tell ya about mine.

I did go w/Darkhorse to do my bottom end. I had them do "everything they had to offer" on the bottom end of mine for approx $2600, which included the crank. I just pulled mine out & sent them the cases. They sent it back ready to install.

Dave, I sent you a PM--and I am easily the least competent to offer advice among Guy, Phil, Kevin, and Chris--they will all be happy to help answer any questions you have.

One attractive feature for me (since I am not addicted to power--at least not yet)of the HQ 113 is that it doesn't require roller rockers, bigger throttle body (although Kevin will recommend larger,4.89, injectors)and some of the more expensive parts that seem to be integral parts of other large displacement v-twin builds.

Goodyear slicks w/ VHT compoundat the drag strip. Better hold on when you drop that hammer, and lean way forward too. lol

Metzelers are softer but stick better i'm sure. Wear will be faster on the Metzelers compared to Dunlops even with normal riding, aside from hot rodding, hehe. Have fun...
