I wanted to see what the best price people who purchased or they are getting ready to purchase the 08 Anniversary Edition Ultra Classic. My dealer is stuck with the MSRP 23,270.00 + 345 Transportation Charge+ 146 dealer set up total 23,761.00

 

Trenton HD has an Ultra for about a grand cheaper.

 

Mine was MSRP plus another $400 for reg, shipping, prep and all the other dealer BS. Still was the best deal betweeen five dealers here in NY that I priced up. I also added about another $2500 worth of extras do that.

I bought my '08 in September of '07 for MSRP. They dealer has bikes up to the rafters now.

 

I wish you guys luck at trying to buy below MSRP.A lot has to do with how well a dealer is capitolized. If he can wait you out,he will. Sales will improve in March and later. Production on all 105th Annivessary bikes ended on 31 December.The Ultra is one of HDs top sellers so I dont think waiting will help you. Some dealers also have the attitude that since no more will be produced it is money in the bank the closer you get to March. Some are already marked up $1500.00 and more over MSRP.So if you have a chance to buy a 105th Annivessary Ultra for $1,000.00 off MSRP I advise you to jump all over it. We have 5 in stock by the way and we wont dealer trade those. We know sooner or later they will go.Come on by if all else fails but dont expect a good deal on those unfortunately.I do have a brand new 07 Road king SE THAT YOU CAN GET A SUPER DEAL ON. MACK

 

Here in Albuquerque they won't come off of the sticker price, but are offering 1.9% loans!

 

My buddy bought one for !k off list down here in South Florida, and now they are lined up in the dealers showrooms. One dealership is offering 1.9% financing on Anniversary models. I do not think they are such hot sellers. Copper is not universally loved.

 

I looked at the copper and wanted to like it, but just couldn't like the color combo. I ended up with a 2 tone red Ultra and couldn't be happier. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some lovethe color,and others wouldn't have it (like me). I do like the badges on the tank though

 

I'm with you. I have tried to like them but copper is just not me. I will be in the market for a UC around the 110 yr aniv so hopefully they will have colors I really like then.
