They work good and are very compact when in your bags. Only downside is they have very little lee way for highway peg placement. Might need to either move your pegs or have someone who's good with thread and needle enlarge the opening on the sides and then resew them up good.

At 14 degrees this morning, they WILL be on.

I tried the HD softies and neither one would fit around the fairing support bars?? How did you get them to go on?? If I pushed them on, they were bunched up at the support bar and not all the way on the bottom part. I ended up bringing them back

Thanks all.

Thank you for the offer Phurion. If I had gotten on the ball and looked for these a week ago, I'd be taking you up on your offer. However, I need to pick these up today. Did you use them and how did you like them. Those are nylon? I thouhgt they might be vinyl. Thanks anyway. Congrats on your CM lowers.
Yeh, these are the nylon version. I've only ridden once since putting them on and they seemed to cut the wind flow down considerably. It was pretty chilly that morning (34'ish) and I don't have heated gear, so it was still a pretty freakin brisk ride into the office.

I'm thinking a full set of Tour Master Synergy gear may be in order very soon. lol

After reading Chicago Spikes post, and taking into consideration that we both have RG's, I went back and read the application on the below item (link). It says will fit '88 and later FLHT,FLHX, AND FLHR. Nothing about the FLTR. So, maybe I have to stick with the $37.00 jobbies to fit around the fairing supports. I'll talk to the guys at the shop. Thanks again.

Got the vinyl snap on without logo or pocket, I'd like the pocket but these came with the bike so I'm not griping. Work great in the cold, haven't used in the rain yet, one thing is when they are cold its impossible to put them on, last time I threw them in the dryer for a couple of minutes and got them hot then was able to put them on pretty easily.

I have them and do like how they perform but dont like the looks, but they do come off and on easy so if it warms up off they come and into the saddle bags. As said before they do bunch up on the road glide around the fairing support but it still does what i want them to and thats block the cold air.

I have hihgway pegs mounted on mine. It doesn't look like yours would accomodate that. Am I wrong?
