How many have installed or plan to install gear-driven cams?

RE: How many have installed or plan to install gear-driven cams?
In the past several weeks,I was really pondering a possible gear drive as I had not found out what condition my shoes were in. Found out yesterday, that with 30,000, my shoes
had almost no wear... so I have put that decisionon the back burner for another 20,000, and will review how happy the gear drive makes other owners in the mean time. I did not vote as I am not sure if there is any real reason at this point.... other than I might like the whine or the shop talk that I have a gear drive...

Did the 26G's at 22,000 miles - while in there, went to the 95", flat top pistons, fueling oil pump, adjustable push rods, fueling lifters, and Basily spring - no noticable noise. Knock on wood, hope to not need to get in there again. Long story short - recommend a different-than-stock oil pump if doing all this. Also, I really don't like the MoCo adjustable push rods - seems a bit on the cheapish side to me - stock rods seem better (although not adjustable - almost left them in there since I had the heads off).
Anyone know of a better quality adjustable push rod?
