Default bub "7" true duals

anyone tried the bub "7" true duals? I am thinking about the system without the crossover pipe, as they offer it both with and without. I understand the performance of a 2 into 1 system maybe a bit better, but I like the look and sound of the true duals better. Having said that, I have also read that the true duals take a bit of a hit in the low end range. Can it really be that much of a hit?...I am running stock head pipe with screaming eagle slip-ons now. I am thinking if I change the whole system over and remap my power commander it should be ok. Any opinions? Do the maps offered seem pretty good or should I spent another three hundred and put it back on the dyno as I did when I originally went with the stage one? Thanks in advance for any/all help. I cannot wait till the snow is gone!!!! scott

you will not loose a lot of low end. In fact it may have to be dyno measured to tell the difference.

HarleyFan, I noticed that you went with them turned to match the lines of the bag... I like that. I've ordered them and they are going on the new RG. I just wasn't sure which way I wanted them. Now after seeing your's, I think that's the ticket....Thanks

Guys, how do the tips attach? On Bub's website they do not show any screws for mounting butinthe Dec 07 American BaggerMag,they show two,not so attractivescrews on the "sides" of the mufflers.
