Put the whole Kury deal on and my buddies say it's not as bright going from running light to stopping light. Seems okay to me!

Not long ago, a member posted a way to rewire the HD module so that it was just a directional/brake light. Completely eliminated the running light feature. IMO this is a much better way to go. I like having my directionals go from off to bright/stop rather than running to not much brighter/stop. I personally have HD's older version which is just directional/brake.

Kury. The pulse-brake option really increases visibility when stopping. The Kury kit willend up being a few bucks more once youadd a pair ofred lenses. The HD kit is like $55 and the Kury is like $60 + $10 for lenses.
edit: Oh, and no you won't need the load equalizer...unless you run low-draw LED bulbs...I've never seen an install actually effect the alarm security indicator light as they suggest could happen. Also (in case nobody points it out) the red lenses (or clear with red bulbs) are needed becausemost states require brake lights to be red....turn can be either amber or red, but once you make them brake they must be red.

RE: kury or hd run/turn/brake
Had the HD on my old bike and took it off. Couldn't tell much difference between the running lights and the brake lights. I wanted it obvious when I hit the brakes riding in traffic everyday.
Now have the Biketronics Tailstopper and am very happy with it.Only the main tail light is on for running but the turn signals come on as brake lights. It is very obvious that you have hit the brake when two extra lights come on. They have several variations of run/turn/stop modules so you can pick one that suits your needs best.
