only advice and I mean this for two reasons,One the obvious but to cause ive heard its A+,,,, get there extra insurance they offer when renting.

I just looked at the link that I posted again. It says that the maximum recommended towing speed is 45 mph for this trailer. What a crock of BS. I guess they're just covering their butt.
That has been that way for over twenty years.

The one that I thought was odd was: Must be equipped with a hard top if it is an SUV. U-Haul does not allow any type of sport-utility vehicle not equipped with a hard top to tow U-Haul equipment.

I thought all SUVs where hard top. Are they refering to pickup or jeeps?

I towed a Sporty in one once. Once laden you can run above 45 mph but of course road conditions and common sense need to be factored in.
