What attachment do I need to fit in and remove the transmission oil filler cap? 2007 RG

I have a 2008 RK. The filler cap on my transmission requires a 3/8 allen wrench. Right hand thread as I recall....turn counterclockwise to remove.

 

I would start with your owner's manual and get the shop manual.

 

Should have one in your tool kit that should have come with your bike

 

If you have a normal allen wrench set you should have the size required, don't know size off the top of my head, turn left to loosen, right to tighten, piece of cake.

 

My bike didn't come with a tool kit. Was it supposed to?

 

Nope,,,,, for some reason the road king doesnt come with a tool kit. all the fairing bikes do, SG, UC, ETC.

 

The EGS (standard) doesn't come one either..

 

I would like to have a list of what comes in the factory tool kit...my ride is an 06 EG Standard....thanks.
