Default Bassini pipes

I have a 2007 Roadking Classic with Bassini Megaphones wich seem a little quiet
My friend suggested the Big City ThunderMonster baffels. They come in different sizes 1-3/4" to 2-1/8" Anyone know what size for my pipes.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jack

I think Bassanis have a very unique sound. I have the flipped scallop cut. I took out the baffles completely(wake the dead loud) and then finally just removed the packing around the baffles and got the sound I was looking for. Bassanis totally kick ****!![sm=icon_rock.gif]

How hard is to remove the baffles and packing ?
Pretty easy.

1) Remove muffler
2) Remove allen head cap screw holding baffle in place (If you have the style with an aluminum end cap there are 2 screws, one for the cap and one for the baffle. Remove both)
3) Hold muffler vertically with inlet side up
4) Get a long piece of metal rod and hit it against the baffle. I used a floor jack handle that fit perfect.

You might need to spray the inside of the muffler with WD-40 or PB Blaster to loosen things up.

The baffle packing material is a cloth type that is wrapped around the baffle and held on by masking tape. Just remove the tape and unwrap the baffle.

My buddie has them. They are pretty loud with good sound. If you change the baffels you will have to reset your fuel mgnt as well.I think they sound great with the factory baffels.I think exhaust is like car stereo speakers. They sound good and loud when you first get them but a month later your looking for diff speakers because it doesnt get loud enough or sound good enough.Just my opinion.
