I kept cracking my windshields on the center and left side mount. I did notice that I had slightly more vibration on the left side of the fairing than the right. When I pulled the outer fairing to have it repainted, I saw one of the main brackets and both speaker brackets broken. It cost $80 for the 3 brackets. Not more than a month later, someone hit me from behind and I had fairing damage that could have easily accounted for the broken fairing brackets. Figures...[sm=smiley6.gif]

freyca has made a repair SS piece in this.
There are two other vertical brackets in the threads that break occassionally.
