RE: inner fairing paint
Just having the Street Gide painted and my guy is concerned about the built in mirrors as they are on a pivot and feels the paint will get cracked if the mirror is adjusted. Ive looked thru a lot of pictures of street Glides and only found 2 painted.Pretty much everyone leaves them black.has anyone done theirs when they had the inner fairing done.. I been a silent observer of this site. I think its the best and plan on participating much more now.By the way would any of you warmer climate based guys like the #*&# 4plus ft of snow we have had since Dec 24th.Thx for any responses and looking forward to maybe meeting some of you folks at Americade in June . The white stuff might be gone by then

Jerry,
Did you get the switch housings painted to match or powder coated, that looks pretty good.
I called the dealer and asked who they use for paint work. I called him and if I bring the fairing and cap in he will Charge 125.- to do it..He will sand and prep, prime, shoot color and 2 coats of clear.
