Hope your Christmas and New Year were the best ever.

I am in the market for a new seat for an 05 ultra and have looked favorably at Mustang seats. For those of you who have one, can you please advise likes and dislikes of the following:

 

I have the sport touring one .It is a great seat

 

Your butt will thank you!

 

I have had Mustang Seats on all my bikes. I usually buy the Touring seat, the passenger pad is wider and wife has yet to complain. Seats are like everything else, very subjective. All A$$ are different.
I am getting ready to order one for my 08.
If you can attend a show with Mustang as a vendor they will let you test ride them.

 

Put one on my Classic about a month ago. Too cold for prolonged test, but so far it feels much better than stock on 30-50 mile rides.

I have the Mustang Ultra part # 75449 and I am very happy with it. I took a road trip with the stock seat and my seat showed up the day after I got home. I wish it would have got here sooner. I bought it off ebay from a guy in Canada and it got caught up in customs for a few weeks is the story.

I am just glad to have it on my Ultra.

I have the Mustang solo seat with built-in backrest and the matching passenger pillion.............great seat. I can ride all day long with no problems at all........and my passenger is good to go too.

I have the 75537 and love it. This is my second Mustang seat.

 

I have the Mustang solo and a couple different passenger pads. The solo is a vast improvment over the stock seat for me. I'm 6'4" and with the stock seat I have no leg room. With the Mustang I've done 1000 mile days without any discomfort.

 

I have the one piece Ultra Touring seat. The vast majority seem very happy with their Mustangs, but I don't find it to be that comfortable. A bit better than stock, but not the panacea I hoped it would be. FWIW my wife much prefers the stock seat - not that she's complaining, just a fact.

My next seat will be a Russell Day Long. They're a bit fugly, but the bagger is all about function to me.
