I grew up in Lakeland and bought my first Harley from them in 1974. A few weeks back my wife went to Florida for a conference and stopped in Lakeland to buy me a t-shirt. The folks at the counter were rude to her but she bought the shirt anyway. I filled out the customer service survey on their website and told them I wish she had left the fricking shirt in the store. Now when I wear it, it pisses me off and I tell everyone who asks about Lakeland HD what I think. Word of Mouth is their best advertisement. I will never purchase another item from them.

Do you know if they dyno'd the bike. if so you should have the #s. If not, you can either make them do it at no cost to you. or, go somewhere else and have it done. I would definately report them to the BBB and to the MOCO. It's a shame. Do you know if the parts they put on it are new?
