Has anyone tried mounting one of these with a relocated license plate bracket below the taillight? Was wondering if it would work.

 

I saw this on an Electra Glide Standard with the license plate below the tailight--looked good, though I don't care for the chrome fender extension personally--would prefer it color-matched to the fender. And I don't recall what he used to relocate the license plate--paid more attention to the fender extension--I did like the run/brake light function of the LED.
