Damn I thought changing a fuel sending unit in a car was hard but the harley one seems alot harder...

The trick is to cut the clamp on the hose at the rear of the
pump assy, lift the assy so you can see the pump.
Then use a screwdriver to push down on the pump.
As you push down it releases the hinge, then with a little
finesse you should be able to work it out.

ok well now that i have it out and didnt f*** ANY THING UP is there any tips on putting it back in and getting locked in place
