The thing about the TPs, I wish there was a some sort of mount I could use to mount an HD TP and still use the same passenger removable backrest I have now. Wifee really likes it and likes the room. I realize it would move it farther back more than it is now but I can live with that. It would not have a pad on it. Iclicks does not a pad on his single tour mount with his set-up and it looks good IMHO.

I do know for sure that the detachable sissy bar and tourpak rack will fit on the bike at the same time. I did it for a while until my TP came. Maybe you could drill some more holes and mount the TP far enough back to clear the sissy bar backrest. I know there are a couple other guys looking at the same thing. Might be worth a try. Here is a pic with both brackets installed on the detachable mounts.
