Yup...I've got 'em on my Road King.

Yup, they really improve the stock forks. Night and day.

If you're speaking about the Gold Valves themselves, they have a spring adjustment on them to adjust their damping rate. If you are referring to main fork spings, well, you can buy a replacement pair of springs geared to your weight. There's a spot to perform a calculation to determine the rate of the springs on their website.

Nah, installation is pretty easy. On my bike modifying the fork damper tubes was part of the gig, so I had to partially strip the forks down to get at 'em.

Shoot TexasBowhunter a pm on this issue, he can give you a lot of details. Are you installing this in your sig bike (06)? Harley copied the old version racetech emulators strarting that year. Both Texasbowhunter and I installed progressive springs with stock emulators and SE heavy fluid. Springs might not have needed changing either. Contact him before dropping the dough......

You're asking several and loaded questions. Basically, you're in need of suspension 101 reading. There are several tutorials on suspenions. Start with Traxxion.com
