I use it, noticeable difference, not sure. It suppose to run cooler, I have not run bike during peek summer heat. I get mine fron a guy on e-bay. I think it cost $125 for case/12, free shipping, good deal. I run this oil on my car and truck as well.

Used RP in my '02 GW and that bike really liked it. But my '05 GW did not do well with the stuff.

I have not tried RP in my UC but probably will after it riding a few more miles.

I used RP in my P/U and traded it in w/316,000 miles on it. It still didn't use oil. I run Max Cycle in my Road Glide. 71,000 on my 'Glide. Can't tell if it runs cooler on the scooter but the P/U did.

Have run it in all my vehicles since the mid-90's--except my antique 'Vette, that is, which isn't driven enough to justify it. Ran my last RK 106k on RP, never removed the heads, never had any engine trouble, nor did oil consumption increase or show a decrease in static compression (checked yearly). I did not use the MaxCycle variant, but rather the regular "car" oil (20w50) mixed 3:1 with RP Nitro 50, a racing oil with extra protective additives. I don't recommend this mix to everyone because of cost ($200/pail wholesale for the N50) and the fact that the smallest container is a 5-gal. pail, a 100k-mile supply for one bike. I share it with a friend, so a 1/2 share of a pail of N50 will last me about five years. The regular 20w50 is much cheaper than MaxCycle, and I would recommend it on the basis of cost alone. When I first installed RP after break-in for my '07 SG the oil temp decreased 10° right off the bat when fully hot compared to the break-in oil I used (HD 360 factory fill [500 miles], then Castrol GTX 20w50 [up to 1750 miles]).

I think it is a high-quality product among other high-quality products available, and my recommendation is to run a synthetic oil that is easiest to find and least expensive. There're all good, IMO. Don't forget to consider Mobil 1 15w50, which can be purchased from Wal-Mart for about $20/5-qt. bottle. I use RP because of previous experience and the fact that I can buy from a distributor at wholesale. On top of that he delivers it to my house. You can save money by buying by the 5-gal pail if you don't mind pouring and measuring. I bought a one-gallon plastic drink container from Wal-Mart and marked the 1-gal. level, so every oil change is just a matter of pouring to that level, then into the bike.

Use it in all my vechiles. In my older RK I did notice a decrease in the heat. On the '07 RG I just picked it up in the 2nd week in Sept and just switched it to before the winter storage[:@]. All told it is a good quality product.
