Default switch button install help???

OK so I go out and buy a bunch of chrome and these chrome switch buttons......get all the chrome pieces on and start to do the buttons....WTF? there are three pages of instructions on how to remove & replace these new switch buttons. Is this as complicated as it appears from the instructions? I really hate to have pay the dealer a ton of money to install a $19.00 set of butons. Help anyone???

Yeah, you have to separate the switch housings, pull the switches out and actually replace the buttons on the switches. Not just cover ups.

Not that hard at all. Use that little weird white wrench thingy that came in the kit and slide it behind the stock buttons and pop them off. Push on the new ones. The biggest PITA is removing the the wiring and such to put in the new housings.

rome is right, they are easy to brake, and once you break one you are screwed because you have to buy the whole kit just to get that one I belive. Make sure you heat them up to make them a little more pliable before you install them.
