Are they SE Performance heads? If so, installing S&S 570 cams & a new tune should get you around 100/100. You'll need to relieve the piston valve pockets & use .030" Cometic HG's.

Agreed. Sounds like you've already got a great seat of heads, why the 211 cam I don't know. Change the cam, port the SE heads out, retune and have a sandbag ready for keeping the front end down!

Just my opinion and I might have missed something in your post but a good 2-i pipe would help I'm sure

Don't overlook the value of a good tune. I know someone with a similiar set-up and they are over 100 ft/lbs tq and close to 100 of HP.

Do a google search for Latus HD. They have many dyno sheets posted with different combo's. I would have expected more from what you have done.

Which SE heads?
Bought my bike at Latus. They have one of the best dyno shops in the nation. Comes from their racing backgroud. They shop is awesome too. Over 30 bays.

Same thing I was thinking. Not too familiar with those pipes but I can tell you that the wrong exhaust will kill any engine build even buying an aftermarket mega motor. The dyno curve should provide some clues like is there a big torque dip at a particular RPM. I would see if you could try another exhaust just for the dyno. Also you didn't mention if they have run a sniffer and what your AFRs are. NTM any tuning of the ignition curves. A good tuner guy should be able to sort all those things out and then some.
