As long as they stick with the HD factory upgrade options, the warranty remains an HD warranty good at any dealer.

Sounds like a good dealer and they are wanting to see what the problem is. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

Now would be the time to ask about upgrading and taking advantage of thier labor.

Agreed. There would be a concernif the Dealer said it was normal...or there is no problem. But htey acknowledged it and are willing to do the warranty work. Stick with that Dealer.

By the way, did you say you noticed lack of power when driving it? Were you trying to compensate with the Tuner and DYNO?
