Default Satisfaction Survey Form---does one exists?

Does HD send out a satisfaction survey form for new buyers?

If so, do they read the comments and improve on performance qualities if needed? Of course they will.

Just wondering.....can't wait to get mine.

I have a few objective comments to share with them @ control central.

You should get the survey about 2-3 months after your purchase. The survey is more about how you were treated at the dealership and the dealership does get a copy of the results. You might want to say nice things about them if they deserve it, it can go a long way when you need help in the future.

Just finished my survery. Slammed the performance and praised the dealer. I have a PCIII on order and will take mine to a dyno center as soon as I can.

If they ever read the survey they'd trash the worthless/inaccurate Air Temperature gague and replace it with the needed Oil Temperature guage.

HD has a great marketing program,,,, they put useless crap on our bikes - give us a "wish book / parts book" and WE spend $$$$ to replace the plastic crap and things like the Air Temp quage... The CEO has to laugh all the way to the bank - why would they change now... I do not agree / like you... but until the bikes DON'T sell, I see it staying as it is...

Oddly enough my '86 Electraglide had an oil temp gauge, too bad they did away with it.
The air temp gauge in my Road Glide though is fairly accurate, must be the faring.

I never got a survey from H-D.

A real judgement of satifaction is a blind one...saw the comment above about giving good feedback helps for future service at your dealer....to me, that's a crock of s**t!

My dealer has me fill out my satisfaction survey prior to paying for the bike, service etc.. and will give discounts only for positive feedback.

Your held hostage. I waited 3 hours for my financing guy to close our paperwork...he kept closing paperwork for people buying waverunners and other toys. Ordinarily I would have torn him a new one, but I wanted my $500 for the positive feedback.

H-D needs to keep feedback anonymous and fire any dealers that pull the crap my dealer pulls.

I got survey. It was all about the dealer not about the company . Why don't they have a survey about how you were treated on warranty issues or by people from the HD company.
