I echo Carl's sentiment.... Glad things worked out for ya Rob!

I think I might even consider requesting that the mods just delete this thread and we all move forward.

 

I told Brian i would post here letting people know the outcome... i would like for people to see that they did make right on this, and they did.

 

I won't delete the thread because I want people to see that everything worked out. I did ask that the complaint remain in this thread only and not be posted all over the forum. Glad things worked out and I will lock the thread now.
