Man, did I miss the boat My daughter had an Ipod and lost it, so we got her another one. We then found the other one. I think this one holds about 1000 songs or so. No more carting CD's around for me. What plugs do I need to hook this thing up?Gilbos here I come for my mount

You can grab a plug from best buy or radio shack for under ten bucks. It looks like a two headed headphone jack and plugs into the aux port on the right side of the stock radio.

Dawg, Exactly... it's plugged into the aux port and plays like a really long CD. Mine has about 2500 songs on it now. I have 20,000+ songs in my library that I use to make playlists which I transfer to the ipod.

You willneed a mini-stereo jack oneach end. Radio Shack or any other electronics outlet will have a cable with them. The neat thing about gilbos440rt's mount is that you have the choice of either switch housing to secure it to.

Mines going out for Chrome on Monday with some other goodies. I added the InvisiSheild to mine because they will get scared up pretty bad without it. It required me to add just a tab more clearance to the mount but it's wasn't very difficult.

The mount really Rocks!

The Ipod rocks. Can take it with you when you get off your ride. CDs can skip on the road from time to time, too...the Ipod won't. Lots more memory, lots of tunes, plus can do shuffle play. No better way today....Can't wait for my mount.

Found this metal mount on Ebay for less than $30. Works great. Nano fits snug.
