Congrats Glider! I think black is definitly the way to go with pewter, it will look awsome!
Glossy black front end it is with black floating rotors for now.Gotta dig up some more scratch to get a real wheel deal one of thesedays I've looked at thematte black front ends and lowers and I think the glossy black adds something to thematte pewter for anice balance.I've been like a kid with an old Sears catalouge at Christmas looking through my stash of American Bagger and Bagger magazines. If it has a black front end, I'm saving the page to go back and look at later Goofy I know...but dang is there anything like picking up a new motorcycle?
Only thing I'm pondering now is whether I should blacken the stealth rack and rail in the back or keep that chrome. I am doing the chrome passing lamps with the visored trim ring in the front for a nice mix of bright chrome and glossy black.
Also...after looking at a few of the boy's Stage II 103 dyno's it explains why my test rides on these babies pushed me over the edge. Very smooth power delivery and gobs of torque! Oh yeah IDS, drive by wire and a 6 speed..not sure I can stand it

Thanks for comments !

GLIDER, your in Coppell. You need company going to the dealer this morning, let me know. I'll ride.
Go get your dick from the ol-ladies purse and lets go get your new bike![sm=icon_rock.gif]
Hey Rock...lived in Coppell for about 6 years and moved to Colleyville a year and a half ago. I laughed my *** off on your comment by the way! I think I'll be alright tomorrow, but if you're there around 11:00 come and say hi to the guy on the black Street Glide and the goofy grin on his face

It sounds like it will be a sweet bike. One more accessory suggestion.
IfTexas is anything like California. Lojack with the early warning option.
Not a bad idea.
