Motolights with 55w Yellow bulbs caliper mounted
HD 68208-98A with 55w 886 Phillips Bulbs
HD 67864-04 Dual Halagon Headlight with 90 w PIAA Low beam and 35w High Beam
As noted, the headlight needs to be aimed correctly.
Yellow Bulbs in Motolights add "field of depth/contract" at night to balance all the white light. The Yellow beams also give on coming drivers a completely different "pivture" of a bike as it approaached.
Good Luck

I removed the turn signals and slightly modified the OEM bracket to accept PIAA Driving lights small and VERY powerful. Heres the link

Guys, thank you all for the input.
A couple follow-up questions:
NCCopBikeRider - scanning the Motolight website they show a 50 watt white lamp (w/ 12 degrees spread versus 8 for the 35 watt light) and a 35 watt yellow lamp. But there is no 55 watt yellow lamp there. Did they stop making them, or do you know if its listed somewhere else?
In terms of aiming the Motolights or engine guard mounted fog lamps - those of you who have installed them yourselves, how high did you aim the light beam (on a wall) relative to the front headlight? It looks as if they are not adjustable side to side, you can only vary how high you aim them.
(Unless I am mistaken...)
Thanks.

The HD fog lamps are easy to aim, just place the correct size allen wrench in your pocket and wait till it gets dark. They throw wide beams so you don't need to adjust side-to-side....They also have an excellent flat- topped cutoff, so you can direct them rather high before they might shine in eyes of oncomming traffic.
I packed a large towel in the saddlebag and waited till dark then found a dark country road. Once there I covered the headlight with the towel and then adjusted each fog till they hit exactly where I needed. I could do it all while seated on the bike with bike level side to side.....I also took time to adjust the headlight and it made a difference from the by-the-book procedure found in the service manual.

Update the 55 W low beam in the dual halagon to a PIAA 85 W
Difference is literally "night and day".
If that does not work get in touch with Daniel Stern Lighting and get his Marchael Upgrade.
Light is $229, bulbs are $50.
Great ***** of light

Just an update... I have been waiting two months for my lights from Daniel Stern. Posted here yesterday afternoon about 1:30 about the lack of product delivery. Less than 12 hours later I get a tracking number from Daniel for my shipment. Coincidence? Regardless this is an example of very poor customer support. I don't care how good the lights are, this is inexcusable.
