I thought I was cool for buying my son his first bike. He's 21, just completed the motorcycle safety course and I bought him a 2005 Yamaha V-Star. (I know, I know...) I figure after a year or two he'll be ready for a softail.

 

Does it balance on two wheels or are there four "hidden" ones under the body?

 

I got a sporty one a few years ago. I was all excited about it. Took it outside, crashed it into a wall, and broke the forks at the wheel axle. I was never able to fix it where it would stay. [:@]Now it sits on the fridge in the garage. If the rk one has a plastic fork, like the sporty did, just be careful with it.
