Performance Upgrades on 96"

RE: Performance Upgrades on 96"
Ajax I am waiting on the UPS truck now with a set of HG 500C Cams. I am hoping to have everything tomorrow however I just received a shipping notification on my SE Adjustable Pushrods so I do not think the build will be happening this weekend. I will try and do it during the week next week but it will likely have to wait until the weekend. I will be posting my "butt" dyno results as I also went with an auto tuner rather than spend the money for the full on dyno tune. My expectations are this will improve performance but I will eventually go to 103" For me this is a $300 experiment (maybe less if I resell the cams on ebay). If I am lucky this satisfies my needs for 1 or 2 years before doing further upgrades. My bike is only 4 months old with 4500 miles. I hate to tear the top end apart yet. I figure in 2 years I will have 15- 20K miles and will want to refresh the top end of the engine.
Do a search for cams on this forum and review Monkish post about the cam install he did. If I remember right he is near 95 ft/lbs of torque which is a great bang for your buck improvement.

RE: Performance Upgrades on 96"
Have a pair of se255 cams myself that Im going to put in sometime this winter. Will see how much of a difference there is from stock. Ive heard the stage1 download is compatible with the 255 cam, but would like more input on this. Looks like Ill miss the cyclespot sale on the Tmax this go round, grrr.
