I use mine almost every day for my commuter, strip it down for the summer to the Street Glide look, and back in the winter.
Best Bike I have had, great for every occasion

I ride 21 miles to work on my ultra as long as the odds are for mostly dry conditions and the temp is mid 20s or higher (I use heated jacket liner and gloves). I have found that below mid 20s is toouncomfortable for me, even with electric gear!

I drive my Classic 80 miles every day. Weather hasn't stopped me yet, but unless I take the wife's jeep, I don't have a choice! Living in Florida helps!

I dont have an Ultra, but I ride my Classic to work all the time. About 15 miles each way. Sometimes the 15 going home turns into 50.

Ultra is my daily rider, unless my job for the day calls for a suit.

Love to commute on my Ultra. I've used my sport bike at times but the Harley is way more visible in traffic. The size and weight are not an issue and the trunk is mucho appreciated.

Thanks for all the feedback. I sat on an Ultra and was very surprised at how stable it felt. I had a BMW K1200LT before and that sucker was a terror at slow speeds.

Will demo ride the Ultra on Thursday and if it all turns out well, I'm gonna get me an 08 Ultra Classic!

My wife and I carpool most days, but any day that we need to drive seperate and I don't have to bring/pick up something bigger than my bags or tourpack can handle, I'm on it. Below 40 does not bother me so much but if its wet, It'll stay in the garage. I've driven home several times when the weather man was off by 20% or 24 hours in the rain, dont' like it -makes my muscles tighten up too much to enjoy the ride. But if it was all I had, the Ultra would be great
