Should I Trade My '07 Road King Classic

Should I Trade My '07 Road King Classic
I bought an '07 RKC back in January and love it. I upgraded the seat to a Sundowner, added rider and passenger backrests, highway pegs, adjustable Kury pegs for the wife, two up luggage rack, stage I, T-Bag Lonestar w/ top roll, windshield bag, heated grips, lid organizers and other misc bling. I thought the wife would go with me on a couple of overnight trips but it turned out that we have ridden about 13,000 miles through 6 states. So, I'm considering selling my RKC and buying an Ultra. Any thoughts on this?

Ultra's the full package, but I still won't give up my king. More versitile.
No problems with trips, could use a radio though. Maybe i'll add a detachable fairing at some point. Have to stop every 160 miles or so for gas anyway. Wifey never had an issue with comfort. She doesn't like the Ultra, says it's for the older folk (sorry guys), however she never rode on one thankfully.

With all those miles you and the misses would love the Ultra Classic. I love mine and i don't travel that much. I like the caddy on 2 wheels feel. The 08 is sweet. My wife rides more with me because of it and that's a good thing for me but not so for some others. It's whats keeping a friend of mine from buying one.

Sounds like you got it set up great...., plus we bothlove ourKings. I went from a FLHTC to a FLHRI.... and the King is the bike of choice for me.... Keep rid'n and enjoy'n what you have till you do trade... Maybe wear it out then trade rather than take a hit on the price just for a few more conveniences....
