Default CLICKING NOISE

I am getting a clicking noise that gets annoying at 2000rpm. I had se high performance 95 kit done to the bike. It is a 2006 efi Street Glide with Rinehart true duals and a power commander. I have been told by the HD shop that built it that it could be chain tension or defective push rods. The bike just turned 15000 on the new build. I was told by local shop it could be cams not being gear driven, I havese 251 cams. I am no motor man or money man so if somebody has dealt with this how about some info.

Adjustable Push Rods? If you got them...have the shop check their adjustment ..they may be out of adjustment having been broken in now with that many miles.
Generally, clicking noises, if in the top end....are related to valve train noise. Some valve train noise is normal.
