Engine work

I have a n 07 Road King Classic interested in locating a first class engine builder. Wanting to bring my bike up to a 107 or 110.Living in the Lafayette Louisiana area, would be good to find one in the New Orleans or Houston area or maybe closer.
Thanks for any advice and or help.
