According to wifey there is a huge reduction of heat to the passenger footboards. She loves it.

how much different do you think it would be with a 2" instead of the 1.75" baffle on the left?

That would be hard to say without a dyno run. If anything, my guess is that the bottom end torque might suffer a bit. Someone may have a map for that set up that would get the most out of it.

Question? I have the Rush 2.0 on a SG and when down shifting they really gurgle alot.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
They don't back fire, just pop de pop. I quess this is normal stuff?
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
Also I can't seem to get rid of a high pitched squeak, or chirp sound&nbsp\\;on the right side, I think it's the rubber mounting bracket for the exhaust under the saddle bag. I tried spraying silicone, helped slightly. Any suggestions?

Mine doesn't pop at all, but some do. My understanding is that this can be caused by leakage around the muffler. I used anti-sieze compount to seal mine, which also will help when removing the muffler later.

Also I can't seem to get rid of a high pitched squeak, or chirp sound on the right side, I think it's the rubber mounting bracket for the exhaust under the saddle bag. I tried spraying silicone, helped slightly. Any suggestions?
Replace the rubber mount with a new one.

I second iclick on replacing the mount. As far as the gurgling, IMHO it is normal ( I know we all are sick of hearing that phrase). I put over 30K on the stock set up and it gurgled, it was just so quiet, you could miss it. I used Permatex Copper Sealant on mine and am getting a bit of a pop, when shifting gears at lower rpms. I sent an email off to Jamie to ask his opinion. Right now the bike is out of commission. It seems to have ate some needle bearings in the tranny. The wrench caught it when doing the 35k service. I love magnetic drain plugs! At least I did not get stranded on the side of the road. And it is still under warranty!
