Default brake lever and footboard

I know I'm not the only one with a bigright foot (left one is big too)that get jammed under the brake pedal. I have extended footboards (long legs too). Anyone tried the e-z brake brake lever? Does it work with the extended footboards?

I have the extended brake pedal and love it. you won't get hung up under it. I don't anyway but I have size 10 shoe. It'll be a lot better for you. it sets a little lower also.

I had purchased the billet brake lever for my SG and it turned out way too short that my boot cant fit under it, I ended selling it here in the forum to another member. Went out and bought the extended billet one and it is perfect.. just cost me to install it then take it off again and lost $60.00 for ordering the incorrect one and not wanting to deal with the dealer.....

The e-z brake lever should work with the extended footboard. I have a picture here somewhere . i'll see if I can find it.

The EZ Brake lever will work well with the extended floorboards or even the new relocating brackets supplied by Wild Bills. The only thing with the later is that you cannot get your foot under the pedal comfortably. One thing that I found out when reasearching mine, was that the HD extended brake lever for touring models may come in contact with mostaftermarket head pipes. In order to use one, you would have to gring out a portion of it and then have it rechromed.

I saw a post on here where a member cut the footpad portion of the lever in half and used a pad off an FRSX. Looked pretty good and it gave you more room to move around.

I have size 14 feet, so had same problem. Used HD floorboard extension and Soft Brake(Similar to EZ Brake). Worked out great. Also added extended shifter peg at toe position. Plenty of room now...

The EZ Brake lever works great with my extended footboards and Rineharts. A bit tight with the Rineharts but room for a flat blade screwdrive to fit in the gap. Thanks for the input.
