As long as they will carry Opie and Anthony I'll be happy.
With Sirius you can listen to the guy who did all their material years ago before they even thought about being on radio.
I heard he invented radio, and the polio vaccine

when its all said and done with you'll still be listening to CD quality tunes no matter where you are.

CD quality???? Not even close. Play XM/Sirus and then switch to a CD. Big freakin' difference.

I wouldn't worry too much, XM's stock is trading for almost 4 times what Sirius' stock is trading for (about $3.00/share vs $13/share). I don't think Siriuswould jeopardize theirfuture by stiffing the XM stock holders.

If you aren't hearing CD quality audio, you have a problem with your setup. Try a hardwire instead of a FM modulater.

If and when the merger goes, then streaming video will hit the market. The initial units will be about 400.00 plus a monitor, but you will get streaming clear video. Should be about 20.00 a month subscription.

Has anyone installed an XM after market radio on an EG. If so how did you run the antenna?

I have both vehicles hardwired and also had my Street Glide harwired. I have also heard other set-ups. Sat radio is not CD quality. Better than FM but a far cry from digital sounding. If you are hearing, or think you are hearing CD quality then I am glad fo you. I'm not.

I originally had my antenna on the inside of the fairing on top of the radio, but it kept going in and out under tree cover. So a year later I put it on the of the inner fairing behind the windshield. Come in much better. The wire was interfering with getting the windshield on right. Make a gap. So, it I put a little hole under the fairing between the windsheld and the antenna so you can't see it. I then sealed it so water doesn't get through. It looks decent on there. I was just too lazy to move it. That's why it took me a year to moveit. I wasn't all that bad under the fairing with reception and all but a little annoying.

You must have a problem somewhere with your XM. Mine is most definitely CD quality.

put the Zumo 550 GPS with the Garmin GXM 30 --XM antenna on.... ran the antenna wire from the zumo into front fairing... then out under the tank...under seat... to backTour Bag on the ultra... planted right on top of the back touring bag..... I know the screaming dont have that back touring bag... Thus I would suggest under the front fairing first off..... As I have heard a few people claim they still get good reception there....... If not... I would get inventive on mounting it to the back of one of your side touring bins.
