OK - done

1. Install LED windshield trim
2. Install fringe on brake/clutch levers
3. Install 'Get Back Whip' on handlebars
4. Apply 'Bullet Hole' stickers all over gas tank & saddle bags
5. Install rear tire mudflap with chrome nekkid lady on it.

Hope this helps.
Ha! I guess y'all have a point. I don't like any of those mods!!! I didn't expect someone to read it all, that's why I stated someone who has been following it for a couple years. Thanks anyways.

I Like the garage door opener one
The saddle bag mounding hardware mod to retain the holding bolts
The cheap siren addition mod

There are others. . . just have to try to get the old brain to remember

I did the Velcro saddle bag pin mod too only I did a tack wield to fix the washer to the head of the bolt. No O-rings that way.

Default Drink holder

Here is a trick I used on my Ultra Limited, I wanted a cup holder, but hate the thought of cluttering my handlebars. So I picked up an extra glove box door from eBay for $7, bicycle drink holder from target $3 a couple of nuts and bolt laying around and BAM....!

Default Glove box door challenge

A member just posted a link to these locking glove box doors: http://www.ebay.com/itm/111082028677...witem=&vxp=mtr
Great price, less than $30 delivered.

I have one problem with locking glove box doors, they do not attach permanently to the bike. If you do not lock one properly you will lose it on the highway. So, does anyone have any ideas on how to attach a hinge to the bottom of the door?

I have been making these for several years by hand. I have never had one fall off, at least not of my bike, in 60,000 miles since I made my first set. Mine were a little different on the bottom hook part though. With his you could drill a hole in the stash box and use a tether like the oem snap on cover. That is a great price too! I couldn't make them for that with the locks. That price was my cost just for the locks!
