Not if that's the bike you want... I've seen newer models with less mileage around the same price though... Depends on where you are? Good luck either way...

Eventually my next bike will be an Ultra too... Hopefully I'll be able to keep the RKC and trade my Valkyrie Interstate in on the Ultra...

I picked up an 04 Ultra with 3000 miles last June for $16,000. Original owner had about $8k of mods on it so I thought it was a fair deal. Couldn't part with the Dyna though, so now I have both in the garage along with the S.O's. Sportster. Of course you're crazy, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Sounds like your hot for a Ultra.4 yrs difference will come into play when you decide to sell or trade the Ultra. You probably would be better off trading at a Dlr for a newer Ultra or selling yours outright.

just traded my 03 ultra in on a new 08 ultra. had 70,000 great miles on it. There are only two kinds of harley riders. those who ride electroglides and those who will. have fun

If I do this it would be a straight up swap,

Seems the seller is looking to downgrade (to a dyna no less) and I, for two up comfort would like to upgrade.

I'll stew on this a bit more...

I've been considering selling my '05 Ultra Classic (11K miles) and buying thisused Softail Custom.

The dealer offered me only 14K in trade for my bike,so I said no thanks.
